Hamilton Crossing, Lowell
Hamilton Crossing is a 400,000 SF mill complex built over active hydropower infrastructure that dates to the 1800s.
Working with partners Architectural Heritage Foundation and Lowell Community Health Center, the project team reassembled the complex from two different owners, completed a master development strategy along with permitting and zoning to ready the site for mixed-use rehabilitation and redevelopment, and completed the sale of 50% of the site to Lowell Community Health Center.
Loryn represented the active equity investor in all aspects of project management and strategy, including site assembly, master site planning, infrastructure improvements, permitting, and phased disposition of developable parcels.
Status: All development phases are complete
