Project partners Creative Hub Worcester and A&BC together identified a vacant historic Boys Club building in Worcester, MA, and with public/private support decided to partner on its rehabilitation.

Avenue has provided wide-ranging services to the project team including pro forma development, securing predevelopment sources, Board communication, tax credit feasibility and outreach, and grant writing.

Our Creative Campus initiative strives to overcome the entrenched real estate challenges involved in the development and preservation of safe, affordable, equitable and permanent arts and culture spaces. Loryn has been an invaluable member of the Creative Campus team from early on, advising us on major projects in Worcester and in Lowell. Loryn works effectively with our senior staff, Board, and community members and a wide range of project partners to keep critical issues front-and-center and identify right-sized solutions.
